Windows will recognize the Samsung about half the time, but for duplicating the desktop only - if I try to use just the Samsung, or try to extend my display, it reverts back to the Macbook's LCD only. The Samsung disappears from the displays list and is replaced - sometimes - by a generic digital display. I have to unplug and replug the Samsung to get it to work again.
